Transportation to the starting line
The distance from Planet Gladiola to the starting line is 4.9 kilometers. It takes about 15 minutes to get there by bike. Bring your own bike or reserve one on site.

What time can I check in?
Check-in is available on Sunday, July 19, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. If you prefer to check in on Monday, you can do so from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM (due to the quiet hours policy).
What time is check-out?
Check-out is available until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2026.
How do I get to the Wedren and back?
De Wedren is about a 15-minute bike ride away. You can bring your own bike or rent one using the rental link.

What time does breakfast start?
The breakfast buffet is available from 2:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., so everyone can leave on time.
How many towels are in the package?
You will receive 4 towels measuring 50x100 cm. Additional towels or larger towels (70x140 cm) can be added to your order for €4.50 each.
Can I bring food to eat on the go?
During breakfast, you can put together your own packed lunch to take with you; this is included in the package price.
Can I also use the package for a shorter period?
The stay runs from Sunday, July 19 at 2:00 PM to Saturday, July 25 at 10:00 AM. Late check-in or early check-out is possible, but this will not affect the price.
Do I need to add the Chef’s Choice Menu for every day?
No, when you make your reservation, you can specify which days you’d like to order the Chef’s Choice Menu.
Do I need to bring my own bedding and towels?
Bedding and towels are provided at check-in, so you don't need to bring your own.
Can I cancel my package?
Yes, cancellations are possible. The cancellation fees are as follows:
- More than 3 months before arrival: 0%
- More than 2 to 3 months: 15%
- More than 1 to 2 months: 35%
- More than 14 days to 1 month: 60%
- More than 7 to 14 days: 85%
- 7 days or less: 100%
Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email. The date and time of receipt shall be considered the date of cancellation.
