As a 1st Clerk / Supervisor Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing the team and ensuring the guest experience. You will work closely with the hospitality manager to ensure that everything runs smoothly and our guests are satisfied.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the hospitality team;
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing of the restaurant;
- Ensuring an excellent guest experience and resolving any complaints;
- Train new employees and guide them to meet our service and quality standards;
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards according to regulations;
- Report to management and contribute to team meetings.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Guest-oriented attitude and attention to detail;
- Able to work under pressure and set priorities;
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards;
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays;
- Team player with a positive attitude.
