Inside sales representative

32-38 HOURS

Are you the commercial jack-of-all-trades we are looking for?
As an indoor sales representative you will process reservations and perform administrative tasks. You prepare and close offers. You make a thorough inventory of the guest's wishes and try to achieve the desired result. You are in contact with the client by phone, mail and in person. You carry out after-sales and relationship management in order to achieve optimal customer satisfaction. You are engaged in acquiring 'New Business' and approach potential guests for meetings, trainings or company parties.

You.
Have good interpersonal skills,
Have excellent verbal and written skills,
Are result/commercial oriented,
Are accustomed to taking initiative,
Have experience with various computer programs,
Have at least 2-3 years working in a similar position, preferably in the events industry (desired),
Have MBO+ working and thinking level (Secondary Hotel School, MTRO, Leisure & Hospitality or similar education),
Proficient in English and German language.
