Leading Activities/Floor Manager
You run the floor
Wherever there's a buzz, you're on standby. As the manager of activities at Planet Awesome in Nijmegen, you will manage the team on the floor, keep the flow of guests on a tight rein and ensure safety and fun. During peak moments at Go-Karting, Bowling and lasergamen you will ensure tempo, clear communication and a top experience, so that every guest leaves with a big smile.

- Location: Planet Awesome, Nijmegen
- Hours: 24 to 38 hours, schedule negotiable
- Start: Immediately or by mutual agreement
- Contract: definite term with permanent prospects
This is what you will do
- Direct, coach and motivate activity coaches on the floor
- Flow-through monitoring at Go-Karting, Bowling, lasergamen and other activities
- Ensure safety, hygiene and hospitality and handle incidents professionally
- Opening and closing, overseeing occupancy, turnovers and reviews
- Lead briefings, induct new colleagues, provide feedback on the floor
- Collaborate with hospitality, front desk and events, thinking about improvements
This is what you bring
Must haves
- MBO4 or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the field of leisure or hospitality
- At least 1 to 2 years of leadership experience in leisure, hospitality or retail
- You are stress resistant, decisive, communicatively strong and hospitable
- You are flexible, including evenings, weekends and vacations
- You speak fluent Dutch
Nice to haves
- Speaking English is a plus
- BHV and Social Hygiene are pluses; Don't have this? Then get it at the start
