As a manager, you stand among your team, coach on the floor and keep service, quality and calm under control, even when things peak. This is what you will do

• Managing, coaching and motivating the hospitality team
• Establishing work schedules and ensuring efficient deployment of personnel
• Monitor compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory and place orders with suppliers
• Act as a point of contact for guests and handle complaints in a professional manner

This is you

• You have at least MBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of hospitality or hospitality industry
• You have demonstrable experience in a leadership role within hospitality or hospitality
• You are strong in communication and are customer-oriented
• You are flexible: evenings, weekends and holidays also suit you perfectly
• You stay calm, keep an overview and make decisions when things get busy
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines is a plus
